A Smart Buy That Goes the Distance
My vehicle is reliable and has gone 80000 miles without major repairs. It handles well, but it is a tiny bit hard to park. I wish the trunk was a bit larger, but I love my car all around!

It is good car. Most cars shake really bad with a flat but this car doesn't. I'm happy that I bought it

It's dependable and good on gas . It gets me from point A to point B . Easy to get in and out of .

My beautiful, classic convertible. Fun on the road. Easy to drive and park.
I love my 2006 PT Cruiser. It is a convertible with lots of room inside. She is neat easy drive. I love the look and feel of this car. She used to over heat this started at 100, 000 miles. I had her repaired. She drives like a dream. I intend to keep her and drive her forever.

Go and keep going cruiser.
I like how my car drives smooth. And it doesn't have that many car problems. It's mostly the alternator once a year. The bumper is the only thing that was a major issue. I have seen other similar vehicles with the bumper falling off. I like that there is plenty of trunk space for deliveries and storage.

It has an amazing blue color.
Very comfortable car to drive in. I have not had any problems with it since I've had it. The front end is big and the gas mileage is not the best but it works for me and my little family. It's a gas guzzler. I would recommend it to a family that needs good trunk space and space in general in the whole car.

This car is very good on gas, I have taken countless of road trips safely!
Personally my vehicle runs extremely well, has lasted me for years as long as it's maintained properly, recently fixed up the fan & a/c, running perfectly fine again. Engine is extremely reliable and very good on gas. Few mechanical touches after using her up for a few years but drives brand new.

My car is dependable and comfortable. My disabled mother can get in and out of the care with ease. Even though it has over 178,000 miles it has been reliable.

Just love it! Plenty of storage space, and great on gas.
Love it. Great on gas, and you can put lots of stuff in them, with the fold down seats, it's like having a station wagon. Was purchased pre-owned and I couldn't be happier. To bad they are not making them anymore. There does not seem to be any downside to this model. We have had it for the past 3 years and of than putting gas, oil and a tire, it's been super dependable.

Drives good, looks cool, nice radio, good air conditioning ,good trunk space , fun to drive
I enjoy my car. It drives well and I've had few problems with it mechanically. I had one problem right after I bought it with the dashboard lighting up and alarms going off and not wanting to shut off. I can't remember what was wrong but it cost about $500 to fix. Right now both motors are out in the front windows and need replacing and the inside door handle on the driver's door is broken. So be prepared to have a lot of cosmetic issues to fix. Other than that it's a great car and I would recommend it.

The complaints I hear about it are overstated. I've had it over a year and it has been very good to me.
I love the way it looks. I've wanted one forever. I do have issues with the front end, but it was a salvaged car. It doesn't have a lot of power. But I only drive around the city.

My Kia has proved decently dependable.
PT Cruiser the body of the car is falling apart and not because of physical damage or wear and tear.. The lights become detached, the bumper started cracking. Radio has an electrical problem and wont stay connected unless you hit the steering wheel. One good thing is it's great on gas. The Kia Sportage has a problem with the air conditioner. I read that the year and the model is known for the wires melting and causing the ac to malfunction. Leather has started to rip apart on the driver seat but nowhere else.

Very reliable vehicle. Have had very little in the way of repairs. Keep up with scheduled maintenance. Not happy with miles per gallon as it is only 13 to 15 mpg. I find the car very easy to get into. Has lots of interior space and with the seats reclined lots of room to move things.

Ole reliable: my pt cruiser.
This car has been a member of the family for 13 years. She has a few problems, but I think they're to be expected after so long. The tail lights have a short in them, and the windshield wipers don't stop. But she runs reliably, and that's all I am going to ask of her.

Everyone has one, so you will not stand out.
No pick up and go. The tailgate only opens with the key, the rear defrost went out a couple years ago same with the rear wiper. The power switch for the windows is in the middle of the front dash, above the radio, low front end, replaced the head gasket, a/c, timing belt, radiator, still leaks oil, replace all seals, no automatic locks, there is no air vents in the back seat because of that it takes way too long to heat the inside of the car up, having an open hatch back makes for a very cold car.

It is a multi-purpose vehicle for all age ranges.
It does what I need this type of vehicle to do. Have the ability with rear seats removed to haul hay and feed. Also, it works well for transporting those with disabilities as it is easy for entry & exit and room for medical equipment, i.e. Wheelchairs.

PT Cruiser. Greenish, blueish color, front wheel drive.
My PT Cruiser is not too bad of a car. It is easy to drive and is pretty comfortable. I am used to driving a SUV, so the only downfall is this car sits lower. The PT Cruiser drives smooth which makes driving long distances nice. It also has four brand new seasonal tires, which should help the driving in the winter.

Weird problems, like the windshield wipers randomly turn on when you hit a bump or make a tight turn (and it doesn't make very tight turns).
My vehicle has what I need but it breaks often and it's not one you can repair yourself. The parts and labor are expensive. There is no air conditioning in the back which is not good for my baby. I do like how the seats fold down. You can fit lots of stuff in it.

Its very small. Not the best for people with children as there's not much legroom after installing car seats. The P.T. Cruiser - Pros, Cons and other such.

Pt-cruisers can haul small loads simply by folding the back seats down.
My pt-cruiser has been a dependable vehicle. It is harder to work on yourself due to the compact nature of the engine compartment. The base model does not have any air conditioning and is not set up to be able to install an air compressor without spending quite a bit of money on it. If you live in a consistently cold climate throughout the year, this is an excellent vehicle. However, if summers get warm, I'd advise choosing a vehicle that has a/c.

Efficient but sensitive car.
I think probably the fact that it is very sensitive. My fuel meter will not go all the way up even when it is full. However it has gotten me to many places. The wheel bearing is always needing to be fixed again and the engine light is always on but mechanics cannot find anything wrong with it. Horrible turning radius. Goes through as much coolant as it does gas.
The cooling system has pressure issues and it constantly blows the coolant out of the reserve but it is a solid car. The main issues I have had and read about have to do with the overall design of the cooling system. The thermostat the car needs and the one most stores try to sell for the car is also incorrect. It took 3 tries to finally figure that problem out. It now opens properly but even with that and a new water pump the car goes through coolant weekly.

Comfortable Ride above the Road
I have had this vehicle for over 7 years and plan to keep driving it as long as I can. It allows me to feel less close to the asphalt, it is comfortable on longer drives and it has all of the 'bells and whistles' I need. The ONLY bad thing I can say is that sometimes, when I'm idling at a traffic light and the A/C is on, it may stop blowing cold air and start to 'stutter' a little bit. If it's too long, I put my left foot on the brake, shift into neutral, and give it some gas. This has been the only downfall I've had owning this vehicle, and it hasn't made me want to get rid of it!

Holds large items, e.g. Tents, tables, and easy to drive good back to and from work car. The radiator broke down after one year. And overheats easy. However gets good gas mileage. Can seat up to 5 people. After two years trade it in. Do not go to dealership for repair they do not ever have parts on hand. Better off getting parts on your own.

The 2006 pt cruiser has a hot candy red apple color and a hot overheating engine.
Well first off my 2006 pt cruiser is a beautiful candy apple red with chrome rims, exhaust, trim, and gas door. The interior is a very light tan and very uniquely set up. For example the up & down switches for the windows are actually located on the dashboard and the backseat switches are located on the back of the middle console which I have never seen before. Typically they're located right on the doors. Another really unique feature in the interior is the way the seats fold down and all the extra compartments for storage. You really could fit a lot of large items in this hatchback wagon. Now a few downfalls with the car is that it takes a lot of force to push the brake pedal to slow down. Also the engine head gasket blew after only 80k miles. Changed the radiator 3 times. The car had a lot of overheating problems.

Even though it is older it drives smoothly. I can barely feel the road or bumps. It does shake a little when you make a stop. Besides that it runs smooth, does great on gas, and it is spacious enough. I really enjoy it and if you’ve ever had one I am sure you did as well.

Although I completely down talked my car before, it has a nice sizable trunk
I like it at first but it wasn't long after I got it that I started to have issues. The clutch system in it is practically brand new. I have trouble putting it into reverse though. The whole car is too small for me and my family. I have to have my car the whole way up just to push the clutch in far enough.

Stay at home mom single with kids. The only car is broke down.
Water pump and timing chain have been replaced. Driver window will not roll up. Its still overheating but a huge gas saver. It ran really good till it started over heating. Radio ac and heat works good. There is no dents still good paint job on it and its white.

Lots of room and good on gas.
I love that my car is good on gas and it has room for the kids and their friends. If something goes wrong its just that one thing when you fix it it's good then.

Great, spacious, and gas economical
Great car! Although it doesn't look that big, a lot of stuff fits in it. Seats are comfortable and not close tightly together. It does shake a little when stopped, but I've been told it's a common issue with these cars. Economical on gas, too!

Classic design that stands the test of time, sorely missed
Automatic, has some trouble getting up to speed. Has an excellent heater and A/C. Roomy for a small car. Very reliable and good in snow.

I bought this car new in 2006; it's now 12 years old and still running strong.
My car is very comfortable to drive in for long distances. It really cruises! It sits up higher, with supportive seats, which is good for my back condition. And it can haul a lot of stuff. Only complaints are bad blind spots and not as great mileage as I'd like

It is easy and comfortable to drive. It is roomy but not too big.
It feels safe, it is easy to drive. There is enough room for my family. It gives good gas mileage. No complaints

It is great for moving stuff.
I love the room inside and it is great on gas. It does have some electrical problems but I can live with it.

It drives very smoothly. And surprisingly, it has lots of room in the trunk area.
I have no a/c in my car. It broke about two years ago.
