The GMC Yukon xl has lots of room.
The vehicle has lots of room. DVD system for the kids. The vehicle has a backup camera. Has leather interior. Has bucket seats in the middle.

My ups and downs of my vehicle.
I had a huge problem with my car’s transmission and I had to take it to a shop where they can replace the old transmission for a brand new one and I had to pay like approximately $3,600 for the transmission. My wallet was crying and I have already went broke after I paid the mechanic to repair the transmission. It is all good now, my car is running fine. Just do not hit the gas pedal too hard and do not go too fast all the time.

My mainstay trusty & reliable SUV.
Beautiful truck but it is costly to keep the tank full. GMC is a replicable car company & very reliable. I have over 100k miles on the truck and have only had to do minor servicing. I would highly recommend this truck/car maker to anyone looking to buy a reliable SUV.

Smooth driving acceleration is very nice haven't had a single problem with it.
It is extremely comfortable, decent gas mileage great sound system and great room.

The only thing they should know is that it's awesome.
I love the look of the exterior. I love the space of the interior. I wish it had the 5.8L vs the 5.3L. I love that it should last several more years.

The GMC Yukon Denali is luxury for half the price.
My vehicle works great for me, I love the smooth ride and the luxurious feeling of it. I have never had a problem with it and have driven it for 4 years straight. This vehicle is a great choice for many and is very affordable for most. I love this truck.
accountCircle Betty H
It is not a gas guzzler. I get good mileage.
Without a doubt, I like the way it handles. I dislike the small back seat bench. It is also a very good looking car. Lastly, I can put a lot of "stuff" in it.

My vehicle is red and it fits my whole entire family.
I like my car and it works wells except for the brakes are going out and the air works sometimes, if I hit a bump it goes out. My windows don't work all the time, especially in the summer. Besides that my car works well and it is reliable besides those points.

Maintain it and it will run forever. Rotate tires, routine maintenance oil antifreeze transmission fluids etc... Terrible on has around town, but decent on the highway.
Dislikes: It's a gas hog. Not as much room as expected. I have two babies that have to ride in the middle if our oldest go with us we have to move a car seat just to let him in the third row. Likes: navigation, TV, ice cold air, automatic lift gate, remote start. The interior color and wheels.
accountCircle Lisa V
It is big and it will probably be hard to park. It isn't as comfortable as other GM cars.
The seats are not as comfortable as other cars, and we mainly bought this car to go on long road trips. It doesn't heat up as well as other cars, but it has a nice radio and GPS, so I'm happy enough with it.

I dislike that there is little cargo space in the vehicle. Virtually nothing can be stored in the back. However, I love the 4wd and look of the GMC Yukon
From my mechanic, I have found out that a common problem in Yukon vehicles is failure of the anti-theft system.
accountCircle Bryan C
It is old and a little rusty, but it can be good in some places.
It cannot hold much gas and I have had it for a while now. It is a little rusty and it can break down sometimes. I would love a new one very soon.

Towing power is important to know! You shouldn't try to haul to much
I like the car, but it burns gas like crazy! The dashboard has already cracked and cracked quickly. It's really expensive to replace! I do like that it has lots of seating and can still pull a trailer!
accountCircle Bev F
It has an extra large capacity for people or cargo.
The GMC Yukon Denali is a good, reliable vehicle for a family. It has plenty of room in the back for all of your kids to spread out and excellent air conditioning controls as well.

2010 black Yukon with captain scented seats. Super reliable.
5.3 liter engine is rock solid. With three kids it barely has enough room but if any cargo is added it is too small. Great vehicle for less than 3 kids but definitely leaning towards a van on next purchase until oldest son starts driving. The entertainment system is definitely a must in this vehicle.

Black Yukon slt 2010 with 3 kids.
My Yukon has performed great over the years. I was able to fit my three children in the second row when they were all in car seats and then boosters. My only complaint is the size. It is like driving a tank. I have ran into many things over the years.
accountCircle Katie P on May 21, 2021
Lots of room. Good looking SUV.
Has issues with coil packs. Tire rods are prone to breaking. Front seat heaters and ac are prone not to work. Back seat heaters work fine. Throttle position sensor messes up all the time. When it does you lose all power and are stranded until you beat on the sensor to make it work again. Love the room and look of the car.

Pros from Owners

likeFilled Katie Y.

This car does not take up too much gas and is great on the road. It also has technology that make the car stand out and feel more luxurious. The seats on this car are very comfortable and don't feel like they are stiff.

Cons from Owners

dislikeFilled Katie Y.

The radio is out of date as well as some of the interior designs. The system does not have a GPS with it and only can play the radio and connect your phone. The front seat also does not feel very roomie.
